This refreshingly delicate, white Bai Mu Dan China offers fragrant hints of pear, lavender, chamomile, and rosemary. While too subtle for milk, a touch of honey or sugar can make it a delightful stand-alone or an appropriate paring for light fare. Its soothing qualities and low caffeine content combine to brew up a nice, warm cup of relaxation.


Weight: 2.5 oz

Prepare:

  1. Bring to a boil and let rest for 2 minutes or bring water
    to 156F-194F degrees
  2. Use 1 teaspoon per 6-8 oz cup
  3. Use 2 teaspoons per 6-8 oz cup (for iced)
  4. Infuse 2 minutes

This green Jasmine tea from China is blended with an apple flavor, giving it a fresh, sweet taste undercut by just a trace of toasted caramel. Whereas milk is definitely not advised, sugar and honey are optional on this one as it’s already naturally sweet. While it has less caffeine than its black sister, it contains just enough to get a nice spat of chat rolling.
